SUMMARY
The plasma-pa plasmoid reports "No output or input devices found" on the
"Devices" tab and "No applications playing or recording audio" on the
"Applications" tab. I actually have audio devices (e.g. headphones) and audio
applications running (e.g. YouTube on Firefox) and they work correctly. They
are also recognized in the "Sound" section of systemsettings.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect audio devices
2. Play some audio (notice how the audio plays correctly)
3. Open the plasma-pa applet

OBSERVED RESULT
No devices or applications are found, which results in not being able to set
the volume for anything, or move an application to a different audio device,
unless you click on the configuration icon which leads to the systemsettings
page.

EXPECTED RESULT
You should see running audio applications and existing audio devices and be
able to configure volume and bind applications to audio devices.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.4 on X11
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.1.0
Qt Version: 6.7.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm using PipeWire, not PulseAudio.
