Thanks for your report, but I'm sorry, I cannot reproduce this issue.
Performance issues can differ a lot from system to system, and OS updates can
cause problems in between. Please try the latest 3.1 beta
(http://download.kde.org/unstable/krita/3.0.91/) and make sure your display
drivers are up to date.
There just isn't anything more that I can do here. We had to rewrite most of
the opengl code since the 3.0.1 alpha for the new beta. It might be better for
you, or the same... But we cannot fix something we cannot reproduce.
