Krita info

SUMMARY
A. Some settings don't always open on the same screen as Krita if you have
multiple screen setup.
B. Some settings never open on the same screen.
Both A and B happen to me, I don't know what triggers A unfortunately.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Krita and a new document.
2. Press F5 to open the brush settings or click on the icon in the top bar.
3. Move Krita window to another screen.
4. Press F5 to close and then F5 to open again (feel free to keep pressing
more).

OBSERVED RESULT
The brush settings window keeps opening and closing on a screen Krita isn't on.

EXPECTED RESULT
The window should always open on the screen where Krita is open at or there
could be a toggle in setting to have the windows always pop up on the screen
where the Krita is currently open at or when toggled off the window would
open/close at its last position disregarding posiiton of the main window.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 11

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Some other windows also have this issue but it's not 100%, it happens to me
very frequently but I just don't know why it sometimes doesn't happen, for
example Layer Styles window sometimes open at the last position rather than
Krita's main window's position so when I drag the krita window around some pop
up windows just appear on different screens.
