1. Open any document in Okular (e.g.: "The Konsole Handbook" form KDE Wiki)
2. Hover mouse over content in the left panel.
OBSERVED RESULT
Glitches in side pane content viewer.
EXPECTED RESULT
No glitches, smooth operation in side panel.
