SUMMARY
Bottom Taskbar stays to the left after resizing and selecting centered. If I
log out and back in the task bar then moves to the desired location.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on taskbar and select edit mode.
2. Select width and resize.
3. Select alignment and select centered.

OBSERVED RESULT
I can resize but when centered is selected the task bar stays to the left.
I have to logout and log back in for the taskbar to move to the center
position.

EXPECTED RESULT
After resizing the task bar and selecting centered, the taskbar should
automatically move to the center.
