Right clicking on window title should show menu at cursor position.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select "plastik" window decoration
2. Right click on window title
OBSERVED RESULT
Appeared menu not at cursor position
EXPECTED RESULT
Appeared menu should be at cursor position
