It seems to be very specific to your setup/config files otherwise more people
would had the same issue. Therefore I think, unless you have backup of your
broken config files, this will be almost impossible to figure out.
Marking this as fixed as your system works again. If you know how to reproduce
this or can share the broken config files I will try to reproduce this.
