SUMMARY
I tried to do backtrace but could understand instructions. steps I took in
terminal did not work. Bug reporting too complicated for me. The Discover app
attempts to start but does not.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install KDE plasma 6
2. run sudo apt update
3. click on Discover app button in every location of KDE Plasma desktop and
click on them
