STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have 2+ keyboard layouts
2. Add standalone Keyboard Layout widget to panel
3. Right-click on the widget > Configure
4. Keyboard Shortcuts > set one
5. Press that keyboard shortcut
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
The keyboard layout switches as if the widget had been clicked
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If instead I set a shortcut on the version of the widget (via the System Tray's
"entries" page in the System Tray's config window), then the layout still
doesn't change when I press the shortcut, but the icon visibly animates a
little bit as if it was trying to activate, but failing.
