SUMMARY
In System Settings -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts -> Kwin, the Simplified Chinese
translation of "Expand Window Vertically" and "Maximize Window Vertically" are
both "垂直最大化窗口(Maximize Window Vertically)", and the Chinese translation of
"Expand Window Horizontally" and " Maximize Window Horizontally" are both
"水平最大化窗口(Maximize Window Vertically)".
EXPECTED RESULT
Expand Window Vertically -> 垂直扩展窗口
Maximize Window Vertically -> 垂直最大化窗口
Expand Window Horizontally -> 水平扩展窗口
Maximize Window Horizontally -> 水平最大化窗口
