Thanks, that helps. Based on the screen recording, it looks like you're
experiencing multiple issues. One related to your top panel, one related to
hotplugging monitors, and one related to the very old NVIDIA GPU you've got.
The first two should be fixed in Plasma 6.0.3, so let's mark this as a
duplicate of the remaining one that's open, which is Bug 478556.
