STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the application launcher
2. click peek at desktop widget
3. hover over the applet that in the panel
OBSERVED RESULT
there is a blue line over the applets that shouldnt be there
EXPECTED RESULT
the blue line shouldnt be there
