  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
KDE / application window become unresponsive if a message notification pops-up
while hovering over the open windows in toolbar.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a browser with two or more windows (not only tabs)
2. Open Konsole
3. Execute this in Konsole:
`sleep 5 && notify-send foo bar`
4. Immediately after the command above is entered in Konsole, hover the mouse
button on top of the browser icon in the Toolbar, in order for the "thumbnails"
of both windows to be displayed, and then hover the mouse over one of them, but
DO NOT CLICK and keep the mouse pointer in place.
5. Wait until the notification from the command #3 to pop up.

OBSERVED RESULT
The hovered window will be displayed but will be unresponsive. On the other
monitor the desktop wallpaper will be displayed.
In order to make things work again (return to being responsive) I simply hit
Alt + Tab.

EXPECTED RESULT
The notification pop-up should not interfere with the windows browsing.
