wintab32.dll (the 64 bit version is also called wintab32.dll, btw, to
distinguish it from the original 16 bits wintab.dll) should be installed in the
Windows system directory when you install the driver. If the installer doesn't
put it there, it's not installed and Krita won't be able to open the library.
