Same problem here, but i have also an old Phone with Android 9 and KDEConnect
1.29.0 where i can receive files.
On my newer one with Android 14 i have the same problem, that i can't receive
files. Same message from Phone to Phone or Desktop to Phone:
Android 14 says:
Die Datei von ... wurde nicht empfangen.
Same taget different sources ... or so ... only difference: Android Version
