SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go systemsettings --> keyboard --> shortcuts
2. assign GOOGLE CHROME to shortcut key 'meta+ctrl+NUMPAD 1'
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
- The shortcut was assigned to 'meta+ctrl+1' 

EXPECTED RESULT
- The shortcut to be assigned to 'meta+ctrl+NUMPAD 1'

EXPECTED SOLUTION
1. differenciate between keyboard '1' and 'numpad 1' as older versions did

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- My shortcuts layout is as following.
- -  combinations with 'meta' (windows logo) means a shortcut to the system.
- -  Meta+a/s/d/w = navigation between screens
- -  Meta+CTRL means execution
- - - meta + ctrl + numpad 1, opens chrome
- - - meta + ctrl + numpad 2, opens terminal
- - - meta + ctrl + numpad 4, opens dolphin
- -  Meta + ALT means navigation
- - - meta + alt + numpad 4/6, resize screen left/right
