--- Comment #4 from Lamarque V. Souza <lamar...@kde.org> --- I use Intel gpu for Plasma 5 and 6. I had tried to make Plasma 5 (kwin_wayland) use the nvidia gpu in the past with no success. However, I have tested with a new user and it does not have this problem. So I did a backup of my entire $HOME/.config folder, copied that user's configuration files over my configuration files and that solved that particular problem. After that I restored some configuration files from the backup, redid some other configurations and that is it: Plasma 6 is working better than Plasma 5 now. I does not know which configuration fixed the problem for me though.
