Since the update to Plasma 6 on Neon, the Application Menu allows you to
navigate using the arrow keys, but you cannot launch the selection by the
enter/return key any longer. The Search box seems to get focus when pressing
enter.
Additionally, when using X11 display server, when you enter a popup menu, a new
window appears in the task manager, which is a little weird.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press the Win/Meta key to pop up the app menu
2. Use the arrow keys to navigate into a submenu and pick an item
3. Press Enter/Return
