STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Spectacle
2. Press "Rectangular Region" button
3. Select a region to screenshot
4. Select any annotation tool
5. Annotation tool disappears, you no longer have the ability to select for a
new tool nor deselect the current one.
OBSERVED RESULT
Annotation Tool toolbar disappears while taking a rectangular region screenshot
after selecting any tool.
EXPECTED RESULT
Annotation Tool toolbar should remain visible while the user interacts and make
annotations in the selected region until the screenshot is taken.
