The picture of the issue is changing a little if chekboxes on screen [2.png] is not checked - in this case after locking I see a black screen, pressing hardware power button shows lock screen in normal mode, I'm able to iterate there, but when entering password and unlocking I see the same blinking in unlocked session. Note that this happened on X11 session, NOT ON WAYLAND. Recording [blinking.mp4] was made both with [1.png] and [2.png] settings.
