SUMMARY
I'm not sure whether this is a bug or feature request, but essentially if I
right click on a device in the tray, I get the ability to open the sms window,
however there seems to be no way to do this from within the app itself.
OBSERVED RESULT
SMS functionality only available from tray.

SMS functionality available from tray and in app
