STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I had an automatic check when starting skrooge of the USD/EUR rate using
trunk.net or something. That used to work
2. Now I get the message "certificat de serveur n'a pas reussi test
d'autenticite"
3. I get a modal popup with continue/cancel, but the popup does not take input.
4. Workaround: edit .config/skroogerc
[skrooge_unit]
download_on_open=false

OBSERVED RESULT
As a result skrooge is blocked, needs to be killed

EXPECTED RESULT
Either cancel or continue
