I upgraded from 5.27 to 6.0 using Discover and after a reboot I can't use the
screen locker. It just shows the screen saying that I need to go to a TTY,
login and type loginctl unlock-session 3 and then go back to the graphical
session.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade from 5.27 to 6.0 via Discover
2. Reboot
3. Log in

OBSERVED RESULT
Locking the screen using the keyboard shortcut shows the screen saying that I
need to go to a TTY, login and type loginctl unlock-session 3 and then go back
to the graphical session.

EXPECTED RESULT
Screen locking should work as usual

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: 6.5
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0
Qt Version: 6.6

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Booting from the latest Neon User ISO works as expected
