I have the same issue on rtx 2060 with amd cpu
when you write smth. on google search, the cursor jumps all over the text and
the text sometimes disappearing :) , and same in brave, edge and chrome.
in arduino ide (written in java) the same, and also when scrolling with the
mouse wheel, portions of test disappearing and jumping one on the top of
another.
after todays update just a bit better but the problem is there
