When using GTK client-side decorated apps, e.g. Thunderbird, the cursor changes
to the generic X cursor when hovering over the CSD shadow. Additionally, the
shadow cannot be clicked through.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a GTK CSD app that runs under XWayland, e.g. Thunderbird installed from
Fedora's repos
2. Mouse over the shadow, observe X cursor instead of normal pointer
3. Click on the shadow with another window underneath - the window below is not
raised

OBSERVED RESULT
X cursor shown, shadow cannot be clicked through

EXPECTED RESULT
Normal cursor shown, shadow can be clicked through
