STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create Transform Mask for a non-empty layer and select it 2. Select transform tool 3. Set Mesh mode 4. Move one of the corners a small amount outside of image (see screenshot) 5. Accept changes 6. Save file (optionally) OBSERVED RESULT Image gets clipped on the side of the transform (see screenshot: "result (actual).png") EXPECTED RESULT Image rendered fully (see attached: "result
