In default breeze theme (that follows color scheme the kicker menu looks fine
in the first level
In the second level suddenly I can see transparency even though I have it
disabled in applications look

1. Use Breeze theme (the one that follows color scheme
2. Ensure transparency is disabled
3. Open a kicker app category - level 2 menu
