STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Calendar applet/pop-up by clicking on the Digital Clock applet
2. February displays as having 31 days, regardless of the year.

OBSERVED RESULT
The month of February is always displayed as having 31 days, regardless of
which year is selected (past, present and future).

EXPECTED RESULT
The month of February should display 28 days on a normal year and 29 days on a
leap-year (i.e. 2024 should have 29 days).
