February displays as having 31 days, regardless of the year. OBSERVED RESULT The month of February is always displayed as having 31 days, regardless of which year is selected (past, present and future). EXPECTED RESULT The month of February should display 28 days on a normal year and 29 days on a leap-year (i.e. 2024 should have 29 days).
