SUMMARY
The new style do show the screens in the Display Configuration has a beautiful
blue grading in the bottom. However, this grading uses the whole area of the
screen for certain scale level or for different system settings window's size.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings -> Display & Monitor
2. Change the window size
3. Change the scale level

OBSERVED RESULT
The blue grading changes with both the window size and the scale level, even
without applying the new settings.

EXPECTED RESULT
Style should remain the same no matter the scale or window size
