STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an Image in gwenview
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+S (save as) to save the document and make sure to select a
folder e.g Downloads/photos
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The image is saved one or two directories up the file hierarchy, i.e. in
downloads or in home

EXPECTED RESULT
The image is saved in the location I selected, i.e. Downloads/photos

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is not reproducible with Kate saving a random text file so I assume it is
a gwenview bug and not a bug in kio.
