SUMMARY
With https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/merge_requests/3868 ,
it's not possible to open the clipboard widget using keyboard because the focus
is always restored to the previous window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Meta+Alt+P
2. Tab to the clipboard icon
3. Enter
OBSERVED RESULT
The clipboard widget opens and then closes itself
EXPECTED RESULT
The clipboard widget opens
