Thanks. I think you may be using the tooltips in a way they weren't designed
for, and in a way that's also not ideal for your use case. If you want to
quickly compare the content in two windows, with no size differences and no
fade effects, the best way to do it it to quickly Alt+Tab between them, This
should give you exactly what you're looking for. Can you see if that meets your
needs?
