[digikam] [Bug 481345] I updated from version 7.6 to version 8.2 and ever since I downloaded it I am getting an assertion failed error. I’ve tried uninstalling, restarting, and trying version 8.1 all with no success. The error come up immediately when the main screen pops up.

No, don't rebuild the database, the problem is clear. The libjasper library
(JPEG200) is initialized twice. We will fix it.
