Thank you for your bug report! Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this on my end,
and I don't think currently we have enough information to proceed. If this
happens again, could you switch to a VT and check if kwin is using 100% of CPU?
Could you also attach a gdb to the running kwin_wayland and generate a
backtrace with debug symbols? (You could also generate a coredump for later
use)
