I have configured konsole to be slightly transparent with blur. When I enter
the desktop grid or the overview effect, that blur disappears.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
2. Open Hamburger Menu
3. Create a new Profile
4. switch to that profile
5. Open the menu again and edit the profile
6. Go to appearance
7. Select the currently used Breeze theme
8. Edit it
9. Add some transparency
10. Enable background blur
11. Click OK twice
12. Multi-finger-swipe up or down to enter the desktop grid or the overview
effect
OBSERVED RESULT
The Konsole window is semi transparent but its background is not blurry

The Konsole window is semi transparent and its background blurry
