SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have 2 screens configured one to the top of another one. The bottom screen
is primary
2. Configure default panel as a top panel
3. Add 2nd panel to be on the left side on the primary screen. Set the
alignment to "bottom" and length to "fill height"
4. Restart plasmashell

OBSERVED RESULT
The first (horizontal) panel is on the primary screen
The second panel is on the secondary screen

EXPECTED RESULT
Both panels should be on the primary screen
