Unfortunately the video seems to be corrupt. However based on the description,
I think it might be the same issue as Bug 479926 which was just fixed today. If
you're using a top or left screen edge floating panel, and if the issue only
happens on *part* of the Task Manager icons, then it's the same thing.
Can you confirm that, or else upload a new video?
