SUMMARY
A new public holiday (St Brigid's Day) was added to the Irish calendar in 2023
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_holidays_in_the_Republic_of_Ireland).
However, this is yet to appear in the kholidays5 library. See also:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch KOrganizer.
2. In the drop-down menus: Settings > Configure KOrganizer.
3. In the "Holidays" pane of "Time and Date" tab select "Ireland (English)"
from the drop down-menu.
OBSERVED RESULT
KOrganizer populates the Irish public holidays, but omits St Brigid's Day.
EXPECTED RESULT
KOrganizer populates the Irish public holidays, including St Brigid's Day.
