STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Connect computer to external display 2. Make that external display the primary display 3. Open the Application Launcher (and maybe try resizing it too) OBSERVED RESULT The Launcher can be resized far below its usual minimum size, and even without resizing it, the Favorites tab's grid view is three items wide instead of four EXPECTED RESULT The Launcher cannot be resized below its ordinary minimum size and even without resizing it, the Favorites tab's grid view is four items wide.
