SUMMARY
Currently the plasmoid can only be resized to a maximum of ~half the screen
height, though a user may wish to make it taller.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click the clipboard icon in the tray
2. Grab the top edge and pull it up as far as possible
OBSERVED RESULT
Stops expanding at ~half screen height.
EXPECTED RESULT
Continues expanding as far as space allows.
