–desktopfile The base file name of the desktop entry for this
application.
–profile Name of profile to use for new Konsole instance
In the plasmashell popup, setting an profile option in TerminalOptions=
--profile "MY_USEFULL_PROFILE"
does not help.
It is the 'Default profile' which is used.

1. Edit a .Desktop file
2. Set an option : TerminalOptions=--profile "MY_USEFULL_PROFILE"

OBSERVED RESULT
A terminal konsole is open using the 'Default profile'

A terminal konsole should open using 'MY_USEFULL_PROFILE'
