digiKam-8.2.0-Win64.exe installs fine and checksums are consistent with the one
on the website.
However when running the program it claims it's 8.1.0 with builddate
2023-07-05.
Steps to reproduce download and install in windows, check about.
It's not a single mirror having the wrong file.
