It appears that you're using the Breeze icon theme (not Breeze Dark), which
means that proper icon coloring comes from plasma-integration, which appears to
not be available, as I can see from the screenshot that it's not using the
Breeze application style either.
This is caused by a local misconfiguration on your computer. Very likely what
happened is that you have qt5ct installed (remove it) or have something else
overriding QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME to something other than what plasma-integration
sets it to.
