top screenshot has the initial color and bottom one has changed color
SUMMARY
when you change the accent color we expect the color of the buttons to change.
all buttons other then the appearance button changes. restarting fixes the
issue but there is no way to change the color without that
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open colors in settings app
2. notice appearance button color
3. change accent color
4. all accent colors changed other than appearance button
5. reopen settings app. it changes
OBSERVED RESULT
appearance button does not change color until restarting app
EXPECTED RESULT
all buttons including appearance button changes color
