Given that we have no good options available to fix this in KDE code, and that
there's a clear path forward for the developers of the GTK and Electron
toolkits, I think unfortunately we have to call this an upstream issue. I'll
mention it on https://community.kde.org/Plasma/Wayland_Showstoppers.
