When creating a title clip and editing it after it was created, the duration
time dont will be transfer when change.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. creae a title with duration 5 seconds
2. click ok to apply
3. click on the project bin on the title an edit it
4. change the duration to 2 seconds and click ok, the old length is still
active
Actual Results:
the first duration time still active
Expected Results:
the new duration time should be aplied
ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS (brand new installation)
kdenlive 16.08.2 (cant choose this version)
