Searching in the Application Launcher sometimes doesn't search actual
applications. Especially not newly installed applications (maybe it's not
indexing .desktop files correctly?)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install an application
2. Search in the application launcher for that application
OBSERVED RESULT
The application is not found, unless it's an exact match for the command. But
it's clearly not using the .desktop file
EXPECTED RESULT
Applications, with their appropriate .desktop fields like the icon, to show up
when fuzzy searching

I have the "Applications" plugin enabled in "Plasma Search" settings.
