SUMMARY

When Title clip is created (with typewriter animation) added to timeline on
first clip and later added to timeline in sequence 1, and then add to sequence
2 then start the pre-render. Then go back to sequence 1 make changes to title
clip (in this case change font color). Then remove and pre-render it will load
(some portion of old pre-render) shows previous font color.
Sometimes it gives error:

Temporary fix was: Close and Reopen Project.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create Title and add to timeline in sequence 1
2. Create sequence 2 and add sequence 1 to timeline
3. Pre-render some portion where Title is visible (in sequence 2)
4. Goto sequence 1 and update the Title (change font color)
5. Goto sequence 2 and again pre-render same portion.
OBSERVED RESULT
Mixes old render preview and new preview (with updated title)
EXPECTED RESULT
Shows updated preview render of updated title
