The ChargeThresholdHelper helper executable does iterate over all power supply
batteries, it just doesn't expose that information/functionality in its
interface. With a little bit of care and refactoring, it should be possible to
distinguish between batteries and show that in the config UI. (Like always,
someone has to sit down and implement it.)
