STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a KDE app
2. right-click on the window decoration, hover over "More actions" submenu and
choose "Configure special application settings..." - Window Rules window opens
3. click on "+ Add property..." button
OBSERVED RESULT
"Add property to the rule" popup opens and Window Rules window is partially
dimmed.
Please see the attached screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULT
the whole area behind "Add property to the rule" popup is dimmed
